The Yamaha Tio1608-D is a compact 1U Dante-enabled stagebox delivering 16 remote-controlled mic/line inputs and 8 balanced line outputs at 48 kHz. Audio and control run over a single Cat5e/Cat6 cable to simplify setups, reduce cabling and speed changeovers. Seamless integration with Yamaha TF, QL and CL series consoles provides remote head-amp control, gain compensation, metering and scene recall for consistent, repeatable results across shared systems and touring rigs.
Dual Dante ports support either primary/secondary network redundancy for mission-critical shows or daisy-chain operation when rapid deployment is required. Touring-friendly build quality includes rugged etherCON connectors, a steel rackmount chassis and clear front-panel status LEDs for phantom power, signal and clip. Configuration is quick via Yamaha software or Dante Controller, and systems scale easily by adding more Tio units as I/O requirements grow—without re-cabling the stage.
