The Yamaha RMio64-D is a professional Dante/MADI conversion rack designed to move large channel counts seamlessly between networked audio and MADI-based systems. It provides bidirectional 64-channel audio conversion (channel capacity dependent on sample rate) with high-quality sample rate conversion to keep disparate systems locked and stable. Both optical and coaxial MADI connections are on board, along with redundant Dante network ports for robust, fail-safe operation in mission-critical environments. Word clock I/O and flexible clocking options help ensure reliable sync across complex setups. Housed in a rugged rackmount chassis, the RMio64-D integrates smoothly with Yamaha CL/QL/RIVAGE systems and other Dante-enabled consoles, stage boxes and recorders, making it a powerful bridge for live sound, broadcast and studio workflows. Supplied here with an SKB softcase, it’s ready for transport and protection between venues or sessions.
