The Vari-Lite VL800 Event Profile is a compact LED moving profile built for precise, repeatable results on professional stages. Its refined optical system delivers crisp, high‑contrast projection with razor‑sharp shutter framing, while 16‑bit dimming provides exceptionally smooth fades right down to true blackout. Fast RGB colour mixing works alongside a dedicated colour wheel, giving immediate access to saturated primaries and delicate pastels without compromising output.
Creative looks are easy to achieve with both rotating and static gobo wheels for textured breakups and bold aerial effects. An optimised zoom excels on short to mid throws in theatres, studios, and event spaces. Selectable PWM frequencies ensure flicker‑free performance for broadcast, streaming, and IMAG, and the low‑noise cooling design keeps the fixture discreet in quiet environments. Integration is straightforward via DMX and RDM for addressing, monitoring, and diagnostics, making setup and maintenance efficient for both touring and fixed installs.
Ideal for theatres, corporate events, houses of worship, studios, and live productions seeking accurate, versatile profiling with professional‑grade performance.
