The Strand Polaris 5261 is a professional tungsten Fresnel lantern designed to deliver smooth, even stage washes with the classic warmth lighting designers expect. Its precision Fresnel lens creates a soft-edged beam with natural fall-off that flatters performers, sets and costumes, both to the eye and on camera. A wide spot-to-flood focus range enables quick transitions from tight highlights to broad coverage, with positive, repeatable controls for reliable adjustments in rehearsal and during live cues.
Built for daily use, the Polaris 5261 features a robust housing and an adjustable yoke for secure rigging on bars, grids or stands. Conventional dimming preserves authentic tungsten response and colour quality, integrating seamlessly into dimmer-based theatre, studio and live event systems. Supplied barndoors offer precise beam shaping and spill control, helping keep light exactly where it’s needed while minimising glare for audiences and talent.
Ideal for front or side wash, key or fill, the Polaris 5261 is a dependable choice wherever a premium tungsten Fresnel look and consistent, professional performance are required.
