The Robe CycFX 8 is a versatile moving LED batten that excels at smooth cyc washes and dynamic visual effects. Its motorised tilt and broad zoom seamlessly shift from wide, even backdrops to tight beams and aerial textures, giving designers a huge range of looks from a single fixture. Individual pixel control enables rich chases, gradients and eye‑candy, while refined colour mixing delivers consistent, saturated tones and elegant pastels. Dimming is precise and flicker‑free for camera use, complemented by a fast strobe and practical colour macros to speed up programming.
Engineered for touring and installation, the CycFX 8 features robust construction and quiet, efficient cooling suited to theatres, broadcast environments and live events. Multiple control modes provide flexible programming options, with smooth movement and repeatable positioning for clean, professional results. Supplied as a single fixture; units are often transported in dual flight cases for convenience.
Ideal for theatre cycs, television sets, concert stages and corporate shows where one fixture must cover both high‑quality wash duties and impactful effects.
