The JBL SP125S is a dual 15-inch passive subwoofer designed for precise, musical low-frequency reinforcement in professional PA systems. Housing two proven JBL 2226 transducers in a rugged, tour-ready enclosure, it delivers quick, articulate bass with clean extension down to 40 Hz. A sensitivity of 100 dB (1 W/1 m) and peak output up to 137 dB provide ample headroom, maintaining clarity and punch for live music, theatre and high-energy playback. Rated at 1200 W RMS at 4 ohms, it can be powered from a single amplifier channel for straightforward setups, or per driver for advanced optimisation such as delay alignment and cardioid or gradient deployments. A balanced footprint and robust hardware support fast, consistent deployment, while seamless integration with professional system processing ensures scalable, repeatable performance across venues and rigs. Pair with quality full-range tops for compact systems, or build larger arrays to meet higher SPL demands without sacrificing control. A dependable choice wherever impactful, controlled bass is required in clubs, live venues, theatres, corporate events and touring applications.
