The Yamaha Rio3224-D is a Dante-compatible remote I/O rack designed for professional audio networks. It provides 32 analogue mic/line inputs, 16 analogue line outputs and 8 AES/EBU digital outputs, making it a powerful stagebox or install I/O for distributed systems. Internal head amplifiers are fully remote controllable from supported consoles and software, enabling precise gain management from front of house or monitors. With Gain Compensation available on compatible systems, FOH and MON share the same inputs without fighting analogue gain changes.
Audio is transported with low latency and low jitter over standard Ethernet infrastructure, with point-to-point runs of up to 100 metres per link. Supported sample rates include 44.1, 48, 88.2 and 96 kHz to suit live, studio and broadcast workflows. Connect a computer running Dante Virtual Soundcard for direct multitrack recording or playback without a separate audio interface.
