Robe’s BMFL WashBeam is a formidable hybrid moving light that fuses punchy beam effects with rich, even wash coverage and precise shaping. Powered by a 1700 W OSRAM Lok-it! HTI 1700/PS source, it delivers up to 41,000 lumens and around 300,000 lux at 5 metres through a large 180 mm front lens. A flexible 5°–45° zoom takes you from needle‑tight aerials to broad stage washes, while a rotating gobo wheel and an animation wheel create detailed textures and dynamic motion in the air or on surfaces. The newly developed four‑blade framing system offers crisp, repeatable beam control, with a rotatable module for advanced focus and movement. Interchangeable frost filters soften edges for theatrical looks, and a high CRI of 92+ with a 6,000 K native colour temperature supports accurate skin tones and camera‑friendly output. An electronic ballast and quiet operating mode make it a strong choice where low noise and reliability are essential. Ideal for arenas, touring, broadcast studios and large‑scale theatre.
