The Robe BMFL Wash XF is a high-output, fresnel-based moving head built for immaculate, even coverage on the biggest stages. Powered by a 1,700 W lamp and a large 200 mm front fresnel lens, it produces a classic, beautifully blended wash with a flexible 4.5°–55° zoom range. Colour performance is refined with smooth CMY mixing and variable CTO, complemented by two colour wheels (each offering six colours with SLOT&LOCK positions) for fast, reliable palette changes. Advanced, DMX-controllable edge aberration correction helps achieve seamless blends and clean fields across wide surfaces.
The XF system adds a rotating internal scrim for compensating projection on non-perpendicular surfaces, plus motorised barndoors with four individually controllable blades, rotatable by ±90°, delivering precise beam shaping and creative control. Interchangeable frost filters (light, medium, heavy) provide a soft-edged, camera-friendly finish, while high-efficiency optics ensure exceptional punch and consistency.
