The MIDAS Siena 480 TP is a large-format, dual-purpose analogue console refined for both FOH and monitor duties. Based on the acclaimed Verona architecture, it delivers classic MIDAS preamps with excellent CMRR, ultra-low-noise summing and fully balanced outputs for clean, punchy mixes. Each mono channel offers a highly musical 4-band, fully swept EQ and a switchable high-pass filter, while stereo channels add swept mids for precise tonal control. Sixteen configurable mix buses can be set pre or post and paired for mono or stereo operation, each with its own 100 mm fader and meter for confident monitor and subgroup workflows.
Engineered for demanding shows, Siena features an advanced solo system, front-panel switchable inserts, multiple mute groups with recall, and logic-controlled soft mutes for smooth scene changes. Semi-modular construction in 8-channel blocks supports fast servicing, and the 480 frame includes dual internal PSUs for robust redundancy. With an intuitive MIDAS layout and comprehensive monitoring, it keeps complex productions moving efficiently.
