The Yamaha Rio1608-D1 is a Dante-enabled stage box that brings Yamaha’s acclaimed head-amp quality to your stage, studio or venue. Offering 16 recallable mic/line inputs and 8 line outputs, it transports pristine audio over standard network cabling with low latency and excellent fidelity. Seamless integration with Yamaha digital consoles enables remote control of gain, phantom power and metering, speeding up soundchecks and ensuring consistent show-to-show performance. Redundant Primary/Secondary Dante ports support resilient star or ring topologies, while front‑panel level indication and per‑channel controls make quick line checks straightforward.
Housed in a rugged, rack‑mountable chassis, the Rio1608-D1 suits both touring and fixed installations. Networked audio reduces heavy analogue multicore runs, simplifies system changes and keeps signal paths clean. With dependable, recallable head-amps and centralised control from the console, it’s a reliable core for live sound, corporate events, houses of worship and installed audio systems.
