The L-Acoustics 12XT is a premium coaxial point source loudspeaker designed for exceptional versatility across FOH, fill and stage monitoring. A 12-inch LF driver and 3-inch compression driver share a common acoustic centre for seamless, phase-coherent reproduction and consistent 90° axisymmetric coverage with excellent imaging and no side lobes. With usable bandwidth from 55 Hz to 20 kHz and peak SPL up to 133 dB (preset dependent), the 12XT delivers impressive output and clarity for speech and music alike.
A rear selector enables passive or bi-amped operation, while L-Acoustics amplified controllers provide system protection and dedicated presets for FRONT, FILL and MONITOR in WIDE BAND or 100 Hz HIGH PASS modes. The robust Baltic birch enclosure features dual 4-pole Speakon connectors, a steel grille with acoustically transparent fabric, and flexible deployment options: pole-mount, flown with optional rigging, or wedge use at 30°/60° monitor angles.
