The ROBE BMFL Spot is a flagship 1700 W moving head delivering immense output and precise optical performance for large-scale productions. Its Osram HTI 1700/PS source produces a crisp, flat field with up to 250,000 lux at 5 m. A wide motorised zoom from 5° to 55° transitions effortlessly from tight aerial beams to broad stage coverage, while seamless CMY colour mixing and variable CTO ensure accurate, camera-friendly colour rendition.
Creative control is extensive: a six-slot colour wheel plus open, two wheels of seven indexable rotating gobos, and dual animation wheels enable complex layered textures. Fine beam shaping and dynamics come via iris, variable frost, motorised focus, smooth high-resolution dimming and a fast strobe, with an adjustable prism for additional effects. Pan/tilt travel of 540°/270° is fast and precise for dynamic looks and pinpoint positioning.
Integration is flexible with DMX512, RDM, ArtNet, MA Net, MA Net2 and sACN across 33 or 41 channels via 3- and 5-pin XLR. Ideal for touring, arena concerts, theatre, broadcast and premium corporate events where brightness, versatility and reliability are essential.
