The Yamaha DXS12 MkII is a compact powered subwoofer designed to add tight, musical low‑end to portable PA systems, installations and live sound rigs. Part of Yamaha’s respected DXS range, it partners seamlessly with small to mid‑sized full‑range speakers, delivering articulate bass that enhances speech, vocals and instruments without overpowering the mix. A robust enclosure and professional hardware make it easy to integrate on stage or on the road, while the built‑in amplifier and DSP ensure efficient performance and consistent results from gig to gig. Operators benefit from practical controls such as adjustable crossover settings and flexible input/output options, simplifying setup with common active tops. The cabinet’s pole mount makes creating neat, space‑saving stacks straightforward, ideal for mobile DJs, corporate events and compact live venues. Whether you need added punch for dance music or a solid foundation for bands and presentations, the DXS12 MkII offers reliable, controlled bass in a manageable footprint. A smart choice when you want Yamaha build quality and impactful low frequencies without the bulk of larger subs.
