The Wahlberg Track Runner with Friction Wheel Set is a complete DMX-controllable track system for smooth, horizontal movement of scenic elements and fixtures. This pre-configured set includes track profiles, fast friction-wheel runners, passive runners and accessories to create a reliable, cable-managed motion track on stage. Control is via 6 DMX channels, with both wired DMX512A and built-in 2.4 GHz CRMX wireless options. Power is via Neutrik powerCON TRUE1, supporting 115/230 V AC, 50–60 Hz.
Performance is refined for professional use: rated load per passive runner up to 100 kg, typical noise around 50 dB at 1 m, and two motor speed variants are supported (fast: approx. 7.3–42 cm/s, slow: approx. 4–23 cm/s) depending on load and configuration. The integrated current and data path along the track enables cable-free movement of compatible electrical devices such as luminaires.
Ideal for theatre, live events, exhibitions and broadcast studios needing clean, repeatable linear motion for scenic pieces, props or moving lights.
