The Thon Multiflex Racklid II 12U is a rugged transport solution for professional 19-inch equipment. Built from 9 mm PVC‑coated multiplex with 30 x 30 mm aluminium edging, generous foam lining and large steel ball corners, it protects your kit in transit and on site. Four medium sprung butterfly latches with stop and four folding handles make loading straightforward, while four 100 mm castors (two braked) deliver smooth, stable movement. Routed recesses for rubber feet allow secure stacking of Multiflex modules, and a front inspection window enables quick visual checks. This bundle includes modular 19-inch racks: 1x 2U, 1x 3U and 3x 4U. Each module is crafted from 15 mm glued and dowelled multiplex with a durable textured finish, stepless front rack rails, a rear cable pass‑through, flat rubber feet and routed side grip recesses. Supplied with a screw set, the system assembles quickly and adapts to changing show requirements. Ideal for touring, events and installations handling audio, video and control hardware.
