The LS-118 is a high-output, passive 18-inch subwoofer designed to deliver exceptional low-frequency performance from a compact enclosure. Its front-loaded 18-inch driver works with a curved bass-reflex port to produce deep, controlled bass with excellent punch and headroom. Built from Baltic birch plywood with a hard-wearing polymer coating, the cabinet is ready for the road and long-term install use alike. With 16 integrated M10 rigging points and an M20 pole mount, it can be ground-stacked, flown in pairs or small arrays, or used as a base for top cabinets.
Rated at 1200 W continuous, 2400 W programme and 3500 W peak into 8 ohms, the LS-118 achieves up to 138 dB peak SPL. Frequency response extends from 36 Hz to 100 Hz (-6 dB), with usable output from 30 Hz to 150 Hz (-10 dB), making it a versatile partner for Distributed Mode Loudspeakers (DMLs) and conventional mid/high systems. Connectivity is via dual Neutrik Speakon sockets for straightforward daisychaining.
Ideal for live music venues, touring rigs, theatres and installed sound, the LS-118 adds authoritative, musical low end wherever robust sub-bass is required.
