The Solton M 12 CX is an active, bi-amped 12-inch coaxial full-range stage monitor designed for professional portable sound and installations. Its compact multi-angle cabinet houses a powerful 12"/1" coaxial transducer for precise point-source coherence and consistent 90° x 90° coverage. A high-performance 2-channel Class-D amplifier pairs with a 2-channel DSP offering four presets (Monitor 1/2, Basic, with Sub) to quickly adapt voicing to wedges, standalone use or systems with subwoofers.
Delivering 350 W continuous (1400 W peak), 96 dB sensitivity and up to 127 dB peak SPL, the M 12 CX provides excellent headroom and clarity across a 55 Hz–18 kHz (+/–3 dB) response. Connectivity includes dual mic/line inputs with level and switch, RCA input, mix out, PowerCON link and loop thru for flexible signal and power distribution. Built to tour, the 15 mm birch plywood enclosure features a durable black polyurea coating, three handles, a pole-mount socket, rigging points and a steel grille with acoustic foam. At just 14.5 kg and 440 x 360 x 460 mm, it’s easy to deploy as a wedge, full-range speaker, front fill or delay.
