The Solton aart SUB 15A is a compact, high-output active subwoofer that delivers tight, musical low end for portable PA systems, bands and DJs. A robust 15-inch driver with a 4-inch voice coil is driven by 800 W continuous (3,200 W peak) amplification, producing up to 133 dB peak SPL with excellent punch and control. Voiced for real-world performance, it covers 40–200 Hz (±3 dB) with usable extension to 35–250 Hz (–10 dB), adding depth and authority without sacrificing clarity.
Onboard DSP features a variable low-pass crossover from 80–200 Hz, a phase switch for quick alignment, and protective limiting to maintain clean output at higher levels. Two combo XLR/6.35 mm inputs and two XLR thru outputs simplify integration with tops and mixers. The 15 mm birch plywood cabinet is built for the road yet manageable to handle, measuring 460 x 590 x 580 mm and weighing 31 kg.
Ideal beneath point-source tops or compact arrays, the aart SUB 15A provides a dependable low-frequency foundation for gigs, clubs, and small to mid-sized installations.
