The Roland V-800HD is a professional multi-format video switcher built for reliable live events and polished corporate production. Eight channels with up to sixteen inputs across SDI, HDMI/DVI-I, composite and RGB/component let you mix sources and resolutions smoothly. 10-bit, 4:4:4 internal processing and low latency maintain crisp detail and accurate colour, while per‑input frame synchronisers and scalers ensure seamless transitions regardless of format. For modern 1080p workflows, 3G‑SDI support is paired with flexible outputs, including dual SDI and dual HDMI/DVI-I. Creative tools such as chroma and luminance keying, picture‑in‑picture, and a dedicated downstream keyer make it easy to add titles, lower thirds and graphics. A multiview output with selectable colour modes simplifies confident monitoring, and thoughtful touches like input status LEDs, HDCP support where appropriate, still image recall and ten assignable preset buttons streamline operation. A compact footprint and clear panel layout deliver broadcast‑style control without unnecessary complexity. Ideal for conferences, corporate events, houses of worship, education spaces and live streaming setups.
