The RCF SUB 15-AX is a compact, high-output active subwoofer built to deliver precise, musical low end for modern live sound. A 2200 W Class-D amplifier module drives a robust 15-inch woofer in a bass reflex enclosure, producing up to 133 dB SPL with authority and headroom. Onboard DSP provides a digital crossover with useful presets, while RCF’s Bass Motion Control optimises excursion and protection for clean, controlled bass at any level.
Operation is fast and reliable thanks to the colour touch display and rotary encoder for quick parameter access and preset recall. Remote control and monitoring are available via the LiveRemote app, ideal for fine-tuning from mix position. The cabinet is crafted from multiplex hardwood with a hard-wearing polyurea coating for touring-grade durability, and a moisture-protected PowerCON True1 mains inlet ensures secure power connection on demanding stages.
Whether augmenting compact tops for mobile DJs, underpinning live bands, or reinforcing corporate AV and small venue installs, the SUB 15-AX adds impactful, tight low-frequency performance with smart control and rugged build.
