Offered as a matched pair, the NEXO STM S118 is a compact, touring-grade 18-inch subwoofer designed for powerful, low-distortion performance. Each cabinet employs a long-excursion 18-inch neodymium driver (3000 W, 16 Ω) with patented, optimised ports to maximise output while keeping distortion impressively low. Frequency response is 27–85 Hz (-3 dB), usable from 23–100 Hz and configurable up to 120 Hz, with peak output up to 143 dB SPL for confident, controlled low end.
Built for the road, the S118 features a birch plywood enclosure with a rugged black finish, dark grey steel grille, six side handles and speakON NL4 in/out. Integrated locking and optional three-point rigging support flexible deployment in flown or ground-stacked configurations. For best results, operate via NEXO NXAMP system amplifiers; multiple S118 units can be run in parallel on appropriate bridged channels. The S118 partners naturally with NEXO mains such as ID24, ID84, P12, P15 and others, and integrates neatly where compact size and efficiency are priorities.
