The MOTU Stage-B16 is a rugged AVB/USB stagebox and audio interface designed for studio and live environments. It delivers 16 high-quality mic preamps on XLR with digitally controlled gain up to 63 dB, individual 48 V phantom power and pads, ensuring clean capture with an A-weighted dynamic range of 117 dB and THD+N at -110 dB. For outputs, you get 8 balanced XLR line outs (up to +20 dBu, digitally adjustable), 2 AES/EBU XLR outputs providing 4 digital channels up to 96 kHz, plus an assignable stereo headphone output. Connectivity includes class-compliant USB 2.0 (compatible with USB 3.0 and iOS) and AVB Ethernet for scalable networked audio, offering up to 64x64 I/O over USB at 44.1/48 kHz and flexible channel counts over AVB depending on host power. MIDI I/O (1 in/1 out, 16 channels) is also on board. Supporting sampling rates up to 192 kHz, the Stage-B16 is powered by an international autoswitching PSU (100–240 V, 50–60 Hz). Ideal as a central stagebox, studio front end, or for creating ultra-low-latency headphone mixes with robust, network-ready flexibility.
