Each of the 24 analogue inputs is served by two fully independent Midas mic preamps with switchable 48 V phantom power, enabling clean, simultaneous feeds to separate FOH, monitor or recording consoles without sonic trade‑offs. Dual AES50 ports on each engine with independent PLL synchronisation provide robust, low‑latency transport over CAT5/5e up to roughly 100 metres, with seamless operation at 48 kHz or 96 kHz to suit modern digital workflows. Twenty‑four electronically balanced line outputs can be sourced from the analogue preamps or the network, supporting flexible routing strategies on stage or in broadcast environments. Control is available via remote software or from the front panel with clear LCD indication, and connectivity includes Ethernet and MIDI for integration. Housed in a rugged 5U chassis with dual redundant universal power supplies, the DL231 is built for reliability in demanding applications.
