The Midas DL153 is a compact digital stagebox that expands any AES50-enabled system with high-quality, remotely controlled I/O. It provides 16 premium Midas mic/line preamps celebrated for their clean, detailed sound and generous headroom, plus 8 balanced XLR line outputs for flexible routing on stage or at front of house. Connection is straightforward via AES50 over standard Cat5e/6, delivering low-latency audio, long cable runs and tidy, scalable network infrastructure without bulky analogue multicores.
All key parameters, including preamp gain and 48 V phantom power, are controlled from compatible consoles, streamlining setup and eliminating trips to the rack. A rugged steel chassis with locking etherCON ports ensures tour-ready reliability, while clear front-panel status LEDs provide quick visual confirmation of system health. The small footprint makes it easy to deploy in tight spaces or integrate into racks for fixed installations.
Ideal for touring productions, corporate events, houses of worship and theatres, the DL153 offers dependable stage connectivity that keeps your show fast, tidy and great sounding.
