Unlike the standard AQ112, the P variant features an integrated passive low‑pass crossover, allowing the sub and full‑range tops to be passively wired without an external controller—true plug‑and‑play simplicity. At its core is a high‑efficiency 12-inch long‑excursion driver with a 3-inch voice coil, housed in a heavily braced, vented MDF cabinet with generously sized, low-noise reflex ports for high output with minimal turbulence. Despite its compact footprint (475 × 385 × 410 mm) and manageable 21.5 kg weight, performance is authoritative: 48–150 Hz (±3 dB), 400 W AES / 1600 W peak at 8 Ω, and up to 128 dB continuous / 134 dB peak (half‑space). The rugged 18 mm MDF build, textured paint and steel grille ensure durability in demanding venues. Ideal for clubs, bars, restaurants, theatres, houses of worship and AV presentation systems where powerful bass is needed without visual impact.
