This used lightweight hall offers a robust, modular solution for temporary cover or semi-permanent space. Measuring 20 m wide by 25 m long with 2.5 m bay spacing, it features an aluminium frame construction with PVC-coated roof, gable triangles and wall cladding. The eave height is 4.40 m, ridge height 7.08 m and tie beam height 4.30 m, providing generous internal clearance for vehicles, storage racking or production layouts. Structural performance includes roof snow load of 0.75 kN/m² and ground snow load of 0.94 kN/m² (as specified), with installation via earth anchors included. Access is provided by a tarpaulin door in the long wall (1,000 x 2,125 mm) and a gable wall tarpaulin gate (4.50 m wide x 3.98 m high). A TÜV-tested static design and drawings are supplied, supporting approvals and compliance processes. Optional upgrades such as inner anti-condensation linings, gable cladding variations, sliding gates or additional emergency exit doors can be provided at extra cost.
