The LD Systems MAUI 44 G2 is a flagship professional column PA system built for powerful, even coverage with minimal footprint. This B-Stock unit is fully tested and in perfect working order, with possible minor cosmetic signs of use. Delivering 1,500 W RMS and up to 132 dB peak SPL, it combines a birch plywood subwoofer with a lightweight aluminium column housing twelve 3.5-inch neodymium full-range drivers and four 1-inch HF drivers with precision waveguide. Cardioid behaviour in the column provides controlled low-mid dispersion with up to 18 dB rear attenuation; add a second subwoofer for a cardioid bass setup with up to 15 dB attenuation to tidy the stage sound. DynX DSP ensures distortion-free performance at high levels, while BEM-optimised HF guidance and an acoustic lens keep the midrange coherent across the audience area.
