The LAX R815 is a high-power, two-channel PA amplifier designed for demanding live sound and installation environments. Delivering 1450 W per channel at 8 Ω and 2250 W per channel at 4 Ω, it also offers a robust 4500 W in bridged mode for applications that require serious headroom. A wide 20 Hz–20 kHz frequency response keeps programme material accurate and transparent, while a high damping factor (≥450) ensures tight, controlled low end on large speaker systems.
Engineered for reliable performance, the R815 features fast transient response with a 50 V/µs slew rate, balanced and unbalanced inputs with 20 kΩ/10 kΩ impedance, and selectable input sensitivity (1 V / 1.44 V). Crosstalk is rated at ≥60 dB and CMRR at ≥55 dB to maintain clean, interference-free operation in complex rigs. Housed in a 2U chassis (approx. 89 × 483 × 471 mm) and weighing 30 kg, it’s built to withstand touring and fixed-install duties alike.
