K-array’s BlueLine KB1 is a compact active column PA that delivers articulate speech and musical clarity in a highly portable footprint. This mono system includes one KB1-Sub with a 12-inch driver and one KB1-Top with eight 3-inch transducers, providing full-range performance from 30 Hz to 20 kHz. A built-in 4-channel digital mixer with 16 effects presets streamlines setup, while PC/Mac control software offers fast access to system parameters and tuning. Digitally steerable vertical coverage from 10° to 60° and a 90° horizontal spread ensure precise audience coverage with minimal spill. DSP-managed processing features a 200 Hz crossover, class-D amplification rated at 2 x 120 W for mids/highs and 450 W for the subwoofer, and comprehensive protection including dynamic limiting, over-voltage and thermal safeguards. With a maximum SPL of 112 dB continuous (118 dB peak), the KB1 is ideal when clarity, control and rapid deployment are essential.
