K-array’s BlueLine KB1 is a compact, active column PA designed for articulate speech and musical clarity in a highly portable footprint. This mono system comprises one KB1-Sub with a 12-inch (305 mm) driver and one KB1-Top with eight 3-inch (76 mm) transducers, delivering full-range performance from 30 Hz to 20 kHz. A built-in 4-channel digital mixer and multi‑effects engine with 16 presets streamline setup, while PC/Mac software control provides quick access to system parameters. The digitally steerable vertical coverage from 10° to 60° and a 90° horizontal spread ensure precise audience coverage with minimal spill. DSP-managed processing includes a 200 Hz crossover, class‑D amplification rated at 2 x 120 W for mids/highs and 450 W for the subwoofer, plus comprehensive protection with dynamic limiting, over‑voltage and thermal safeguards. With a maximum SPL of 112 dB continuous (118 dB peak), the KB1 suits corporate presentations, houses of worship, education spaces and small performance venues needing clarity, control and speed of deployment.
