The Epson EB-700U is an ultra-short-throw 3LCD laser projector designed for tight spaces and clean, shadow-free presentations. This ex-demo unit has approximately 25% of its rated 20,000-hour laser life used, offering many years of dependable operation ahead. Delivering 4,000 lumens (2,800 lumens in Eco), WUXGA 1920x1200 resolution and a high 2,500,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, it produces bright, detailed images with excellent colour accuracy. The 0.27–0.37:1 throw ratio allows large images from very close to the screen, making it ideal where projection distance is limited.
Connectivity is comprehensive: 3x HDMI (with MHL), VGA in/out (D-Sub 15), S-Video, 3.5 mm audio in/out, RJ45 for network control, plus USB Type-A and Type-B. Practical features include Direct Power Off, Eco Mode, password protection, sRGB, Kensington security slot and compatibility with Crestron control. It supports a wide range of video standards including PAL, SECAM, NTSC, and HDTV up to 1080p. A ceiling-mountable design, manual focus, and robust 11 kg chassis suit fixed installation.
