By combining a specialised, eco-friendly oil-based fluid with CO2, it produces extremely small particles (around 0.5 micrometres) that reveal beams and textures with exceptional clarity while dispersing quickly and evenly, even with minimal airflow. With a powerful 680 m³/min output and a 3-litre fluid tank, the CAT-2 is ready for demanding stages and longer events. Control is straightforward via 4-channel DMX512, with both 3-pin and 5-pin XLR in/out, while Neutrik powerCON ensures a secure mains connection. A warm-up time of approximately 8 minutes gets you show-ready fast, and the 700 W heater maximises consistency and reliability. Operating on AC 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz, the unit draws up to 715 W, with typical consumption of 5.5 ml fluid/min and 11.7 g gas/min.
