The typical 5 m grid enables straightforward expansion to suit site layouts, with optional 5 m bay extensions available. Eave height is approx. 2.30 m and ridge height approx. 3.11 m, providing practical internal clearance for events, storage or hospitality. Optional specifications include diagonal bracing from every seventh bay, a steel substructure with wooden flooring, and documentation packages (with or without flooring) to support inspection and compliance requirements.
