Eave height is approx. 2.30 m and ridge height approx. 3.11 m, providing practical clearance for operations, equipment and guest circulation. Optional specifications include diagonal bracing from every seventh bay, a steel substructure with wooden flooring, and documentation packages (with or without flooring) to support inspection and compliance.
