This modular aluminium frame tent is engineered for rapid, scalable deployment using a 5 m bay system. A typical example configuration is 5 m wide by 15 m long with an elevated eave height of approximately 3.00 m and a ridge height around 3.81 m, all built on a 5.00 m grid. The structure utilises robust aluminium keder profiles (approx. 110 x 68 x 3 mm) for durability and efficient skinning, and is supplied with a complete white PVC cover set. The coated PVC textile is around 650 g/m², B1 flame-retardant and light-transmitting, ensuring a bright interior while meeting common safety requirements.
Extensions in 5 m increments allow you to scale length as needed, with optional diagonal bracing specified from every seventh bay to suit load and wind conditions. Additional options include a steel substructure with wooden floor and an inspection book (with or without floor) to support regulatory needs. Ideal for events, hospitality, FOH, backstage and temporary storage where speed, reliability and compliance are essential.
