This used d&b audiotechnik 12S-SUB is a compact, installation-focused 12-inch subwoofer that delivers tight, musical low end from a discreet enclosure. Previously installed in an office environment and used for background music, it is in full working order. The design features a high-quality 12-inch neodymium driver and an 8 Ω nominal impedance, making it easy to integrate with a wide range of system amplifiers. Rated at 300 W RMS (1600 W peak, 10 ms), it offers impressive headroom for its size, with manufacturer data indicating maximum SPL capability up to 127 dB depending on amplification. Connectivity is flexible via dual NL4 speakON and a screw terminal block, simplifying both touring-style and fixed-wiring installs. The enclosure measures 354 x 530 x 448 mm and weighs 16 kg, making it straightforward to position in tight spaces, under seating, or within joinery. A smart choice for corporate, hospitality, retail and small performance spaces where articulate low-frequency reinforcement is required without visual impact. Ideal as a standalone low-end extension or paired with compact point-source tops for full-range coverage in installed sound systems.
