The Dateq SPL2 TS MK2 is a professional sound level limiter designed to help venues, bars and clubs keep audio within legal noise limits while preserving sound quality. Favoured by installers and venue managers, it continuously monitors the sound pressure level and applies transparent limiting when thresholds are reached, protecting neighbours, equipment and your licence. The TS (touchscreen) interface makes setup and daily operation straightforward, with clear visual feedback for staff. Configurable thresholds, time constants and lockable settings enable secure, repeatable compliance according to local regulations. Integration is simple thanks to installer-friendly I/O and control options, allowing smooth deployment into existing audio chains without compromising the mix. Robust build quality ensures reliable performance in demanding environments, and the MK2 platform offers refined control behaviour for predictable results across different programme material. Ideal for hospitality, live music spaces, rehearsal rooms and event venues that must balance audience experience with regulatory requirements, the SPL2 TS MK2 provides peace of mind and consistent, high-quality sound.
