The DAS Audio VANTEC-218A is a used, powered 2x18-inch subwoofer delivering serious low-end for demanding professional sound applications. Housed in a rugged birch plywood cabinet with ISO-Flex coating, it couples a high-efficiency Class D amplifier and onboard DSP with two 18LX long-excursion woofers featuring 4-inch voice coils. With 2000 W RMS (4000 W peak) on tap, it provides extended, authoritative bass response and high SPL capability, making it an ideal partner for VANTEC tops and other full-range systems. Connectivity is flexible with two balanced XLR inputs (A/B), filtered stereo high-pass outputs for satellite configuration, and variable low-pass filtering from 80–125 Hz, plus gain control and polarity reverse for precise system integration. PowerCON in/out supports professional power linking. This unit has been tested and is in full working order; expect possible cosmetic wear consistent with previous use.
