Chainmaster SB 030/10 D8+ electric chain hoist with 16 m chain, engineered for demanding event and staging applications. Rated to 320 kg WLL (originally marked 250 kg; compliant to operate at 320 kg since SQ P2, 2018), it delivers reliable lifting with a single fall chain to EN 818-7 (5.2 x 15 mm). The hoist runs at 4 m/min and is built to FEM/ISO 1Am/M4 with a 40% duty cycle and up to 240 starts per hour (S3 per IEC 60034-1), balancing performance and endurance for frequent rigging tasks. Noise level is a low 74 dBA at 1 m. Drive is via a KLOR 63G4 motor at 1380 rpm. Approximate weight is 21 kg without chain; chain weight is around 0.6 kg per metre. Supplied with a single-hole suspension eye for shackle connection. Units carry current BGV A3 and competent person inspections, with a logbook provided. Sold in pairs within a shared flight case; each unit is supplied with half of the case set.
