The Burmester 077 Preamplifier is a no-compromise reference preamp created to mark Burmester’s 30th anniversary. Engineered with a modular architecture and extreme mechanical decoupling, it delivers ultra-low noise performance and outstanding transparency for high-end listening rooms, reference monitoring suites and mastering-grade environments. A separate, heavy-duty external reference power supply in its own chassis (26 kg) keeps noise well away from the audio path, enhancing dynamic range and control. Connectivity is comprehensive and primarily balanced, with six XLR inputs and one RCA input (phono option available), plus one XLR main output and an additional XLR output switchable between variable and fixed. A free module bay allows future expansion with optional Phono MC/MM stage, DAC or additional line input, extending system flexibility as requirements evolve. This unit is in perfect cosmetic and operational condition, free from scratches or dents, and comes with its original packaging for secure transport.
