This modular solution lets you transport and deploy a 20-foot side-opening shipping container with a standard car and no crane. A lightweight container is paired with a purpose-built car trailer chassis featuring twistlocks, while a stabiliser jack system mounts to the ISO corners for safe, controlled lifting. As a system, the jacks provide up to 3000 kg capacity; each jack weighs around 30 kg for easy handling and can be operated with a cordless drill or hand crank. The container is engineered to be roughly half the weight of a standard 20-foot side-open unit, with reduced wall thicknesses and a reinforced, optimised floor structure to maintain stiffness. The trailer offers approximately 2800 kg payload, leaving ample headroom for interior fit-out. With two people and two cordless drills, loading or unloading can be completed in about 10 minutes.
