The Amate Audio S18W is a compact, high-output 18-inch active subwoofer designed for touring and installation. Its 2500 W Class-D amplifier powers a high-efficiency 18-inch transducer to deliver deep, controlled bass with up to 132 dB continuous SPL (135 dB peak). A 64-bit DSP with FIR filtering ensures precise voicing, advanced protection and fast setup via factory presets, including S-ALIGNED and cardioid configurations. Selectable 80/90/100 Hz low-pass filters and up to 294 ms of delay streamline system alignment in complex rigs. A weather-resistant colour touchscreen replaces mechanical controls for reliable operation in demanding environments. Built from multi-layer birch plywood with a rugged Polyurea coating, the cabinet is both durable and easy to handle. Balanced XLR input/link and PowerCON mains in/link provide flexible connectivity, while the universal power supply (85–265 V, 45–65 Hz) supports worldwide use. Expect a smooth, extended response down to 33 Hz for tight, musical low end that integrates seamlessly with Amate Audio tops. Ideal for touring PA, rental, clubs, houses of worship and corporate AV.
