Allen & Heath’s SQ6 is a powerful 96kHz digital mixing console built on XCVI FPGA technology, offering high headroom, ultra-low latency performance and excellent sound quality for live events, corporate productions and houses of worship. The desk provides flexible workflow with 24 motorised faders across 3 layers, a responsive touchscreen, Assignable rotaries and SoftKeys, plus deep processing on every channel and bus. With 24 local mic preamps and multiple mixes, it is ready to run sizeable shows, while expansion options via SLink support remote stageboxes and integration into larger systems. This unit is supplied with a comprehensive plugin bundle (excluding Bucket Delay, Bus Compressor and Optronic). It has been tested and is fully operational; note that the Touch and Turn encoder can occasionally feel overly sensitive, though the console remains straightforward to use in practice. A Dante card is not included. An Amptown case may be available by separate arrangement with the mixer. Ideal for touring, rental and installation where reliability and speed are essential.
