Built for fast, confident operation, it combines a responsive 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with 17 motorised faders across six layers, channel LCDs and eight assignable SoftKeys. Powerful onboard processing includes DEEP processing options, letting you run premium channel and bus plug-ins directly on the console. Flexible routing covers 12 stereo mixes plus up to three stereo (or six mono) matrices, while eight internal stereo FX engines with dedicated stereo returns minimise the need for outboard. Connectivity is comprehensive: a 32x32 USB audio interface enables multitrack recording and playback, SQ-Drive offers direct recording to USB media, AES output is provided, and the SLink port connects to remote expanders and stageboxes. Add an optional network card for 64-channel Dante or Waves. Rack-mountable and just 10.5 kg, SQ-5 delivers big-desk capability in a portable footprint.
