The Allen & Heath QU-16 Chrome Edition is a compact, tour-ready 16‑channel digital mixer built for speed and reliability in live sound and installations. Each mono input features a 4‑band parametric EQ, sweepable mids, high‑pass filter, gate and compressor, giving precise control without external outboard. Studio-quality internal effects deliver lush reverbs, delays and modulation, while 12 configurable mixes offer flexible monitor sends for wedges, in-ears or effects returns. The Chrome Edition enhances visibility with upgraded metering and parameter displays, making operation confident in demanding environments. USB connectivity supports simple stereo or multitrack recording and playback, and the network port enables wireless control via compatible apps for walk‑testing, setup and mixing on the move. With phantom power, balanced I/O, talkback, a built‑in PSU and optional 19-inch rack mounting, the QU‑16 integrates neatly into mobile rigs and fixed installs. Fast, intuitive and dependable, it’s an ideal choice for live bands, corporate events, houses of worship and rental fleets.
