The AL Stage R80 is a circular mobile stage with wings, engineered for rapid, reliable deployment at professional outdoor and indoor events. With an 80 m² performance area and an adjustable deck height from 1.20 m to 1.50 m, it offers a clear 4.90 m working height from podium to roof for comfortable lighting, audio and scenic clearance. Its fully galvanised construction resists corrosion, while the robust phenolic resin anti‑slip deck and PVC roof (EN 13773‑C1) provide dependable safety and weather protection.
Designed to carry serious production payloads, the R80 is rated to 350 kg/m² floor loading and a 1,650 kg distributed roof load. Wind performance is engineered to 17.8 m/s with mesh and up to 30 m/s without, supporting confident outdoor operation. Typical setup is around 180 minutes with a two‑person crew, aided by the integrated trailer format for efficient transport, positioning and levelling. Built 07/2023 and maintained in excellent condition, it is ready for immediate deployment.
