Its modular, tool-free interior lets you install, swap, and reconfigure components quickly, with generous space for neat, fixed cabling to speed up builds and reduce faults on site. A split front lid with central hinge enables rapid one-sided access without fully removing the cover, improving service efficiency and single‑person handling. Rear service hatches provide fast access for maintenance and upgrades, with optional venting and protective caps to help manage airflow and guard against splash and dust. Built for touring, it features Penn Elcom HD hardware, 9 mm birch plywood with tough HPL finish and black backing, plus a 15 mm Betonplex internal structure for maximum rigidity. A heavy‑duty wheelboard with Tente Blue Wheels (4 braked, 2 unbraked) delivers smooth mobility and secure positioning. Standard 800 mm depth supports all Vario Rack Standard and XL models, with heights of 800, 1000, 1200 and 1600 mm available. Ideal for audio, lighting, broadcast and pro AV system deployments.
