The 123customized Vario FLEX Master Rack Double is a tour-ready flightcase designed to carry two Vario Racks side by side, maximising payload while streamlining load-ins. Its modular, tool-free interior enables fast installation, swap-outs and reconfiguration, with generous space to run and secure fixed cabling for rapid builds and reduced on-site faults. A split front lid with a central hinge allows quick, one-sided access without fully removing the cover, improving service efficiency and single‑operator handling. Rear service hatches speed up maintenance and upgrades, with optional venting and protective caps to support airflow and help shield against splash and dust. Built for life on the road, it features Penn Elcom heavy-duty hardware, 9 mm birch plywood with a tough HPL finish and black backing, plus a 15 mm Betonplex internal structure for outstanding rigidity. The heavy-duty wheelboard uses Tente Blue Wheels (four braked, two unbraked) for smooth rolling and secure positioning. Standard 800 mm depth suits all Vario Rack Standard and XL models, with 800, 1000, 1200 and 1600 mm heights available. Ideal for audio, lighting, broadcast and pro AV deployments.
