The L-Acoustics SB28 is a high-performance dual 18-inch subwoofer designed for modern touring and large-scale installations. Delivering extended low-frequency response down to 25 Hz with impressive headroom, it provides tight, musical bass that integrates seamlessly with L-Acoustics line-array and point-source systems. The enclosure supports standard and cardioid configurations, enabling precise control of low-frequency coverage and a significant reduction of rearward spill on stage or into sensitive areas. Optimised presets for LA8-based amplification ensure consistent voicing, robust protection and maximum SPL, preserving the renowned L-Acoustics sonic signature.
Built for the road, the SB28 features a rugged cabinet, touring-grade hardware and a compact footprint that makes transport, stacking and deployment straightforward. Whether ground-stacked, flown or used in cardioid clusters, it offers the precision, power and reliability demanded by today’s productions. Ideal for concert touring, festivals, arenas, clubs and high-spec fixed installations where clean, controlled low end is essential.
