Designed for professional environments, it pairs a hot restrike light source with very quiet fan cooling to ensure reliable, near-silent operation. A zero‑force lamp base and easy top access simplify maintenance and lamp changes, keeping downtime to a minimum. For lighting control, an internal mechanical dimmer is driven via the external CAD 900 ballast, offering DMX512 and 0–10 V motorised control with smooth fades that maintain consistent colour temperature. The unit provides DMX connectivity and a mains outlet for accessories such as colour scrollers, and accepts optional double filter cassettes in 215 x 215 mm or 245 x 245 mm sizes.
