Despite its small footprint and 13 kg body (without lens), it supports unrestricted 360° orientation for flexible mounting in tight or challenging spaces. The G50 platform offers motorised interchangeable lenses covering 0.37:1 to 5.50:1, with generous vertical (up to 100%) and horizontal (up to 30%) lens shift for precise placement. Onboard tools include warping, blending, keystone and colour correction, while Barco Projector Toolset, Insights Management Suite and the Pulse Mobile App streamline setup, monitoring and remote management. Connectivity is comprehensive: dual HDMI 2.0b, DisplayPort 1.2a, HDBaseT, HDMI out, 3D sync, RS‑232, LAN and USB, with 4K/60 input support scaled to WUXGA.
