The Appotronics AL-XL240LA is a long-throw, interchangeable zoom lens engineered for Appotronics S Pro and S Smart projectors. With a 2.40–3.80:1 throw ratio and a 41.3–66.3 mm focal length, it enables accurate projector placement at extended distances while maintaining resolution and uniform brightness across the image. Motorised focus and a 1.6x zoom allow swift, precise adjustment from the projector interface, and extensive lens shift of ±50% vertical and ±20% horizontal makes alignment straightforward without moving the mount. An F2.0 aperture supports consistent light output, optimised for large-format projection between 100 and 600 inches, making it suitable for demanding professional environments. Weighing 3.1 kg, the lens integrates cleanly within the S platform to support consistent planning across different projector brightness levels. Built for reliability and clarity in fixed or semi-permanent installs, it delivers dependable optical performance where long-throw flexibility is essential. Ideal for museums, exhibitions, corporate experience centres, architectural projection and stages where the projector must be sited discreetly yet deliver precise, high-quality images.
